Digital goods policy

eSIM plans are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the product is delivered and activated electronically, all sales are final once the QR code has been issued.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The eSIM QR code was not delivered to your email within 30 minutes of purchase
  • The eSIM failed to activate due to a technical fault on our part
  • You purchased the wrong destination and have not yet scanned the QR code

How to request a refund

Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
